Born in 1830, Mian Saab was raised in a religious environment and from a very young age he had a passion for reciting poetry in particular by the mystic Mawlana Jami from Khorasan, whose Persian poetry would leave the listeners in a state of spiritual intoxication. Mian Saab studied religious sciences, especially the science of Hadith and wrote many books of poetry through out his life. He sadly left this temporary world in 1907 on the 7th of Dhul Hijja at the age of 77, he devoted his entire life to travel, prayer and spirituality.
